Additional price information

Prices are per apartment per night for 3 persons incl. VAT, plus the following charges:

• € 2.00 local tax per person/night from the age of 15
• € 30.00 for every additional person per night
• € 80.00 final cleaning – onetime fixed rate

Additional services (not included)

We offer various services that you can book additionally, e.g. our bread and laundry service, products in our zero waste shop, drinks from the bar in your apartment or the grill to rent package.

Deposit

30% of the total amount | deposit deadline: 7 days after completed booking

cash, bank transfer in advance, debit or credit card 

Key card

If desired, each adult will be given a key card upon arrival. In case of loss we will charge a fee of € 5.00.

Cancellation conditions

In general, we adhere to the terms and conditions for the hotel industry, which you can find here. In times of COVID-19 we stay flexible and define the cancellation conditions in your favor by adapting them to the individual circumstances/measures.

Travel cancellation insurance

So that you don’t have to bear any costs in case of cancellation, we recommend concluding a travel cancellation insurance contract.

Parking

1 parking space is available right in front of the house. (Please let us know if you need more parking spaces. Costs e.g. for underground parking may apply.)

Eco-friendly traveling

Being eco-conscious and starting your vacation in a relaxed manner is always a good idea. If you travel by bus, train, bike or foot – and thus in a carbon-neutral way – we will give you a 10% discount on the overnight rate.

Vacation with dogs

Staying in our apartment with your four-legged friend is possible on request. Please note that we charge an additional fee of € 15.00 per night and make sure that you have a valid insurance to cover possible damages.
