To make your vacation at FRAU GANS as relaxing as possible, many useful services are already included. You can find them in the respective apartment description or in our price information >>

Moreover, we offer additional services that are not included, for example our bread delivery and laundry service, products from our zero waste shop, drinks from the bar in the apartment or our grill to rent.

You’ve already found your favorite apartment? Nice! We are happy to consider and fulfil your individual wishes – depending on availability.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with basic baby and toddler equipment including crib and high chair free of charge.

Staying in our apartment with your four-legged friend is possible on request. Please note that we charge an additional fee of € 25.00 per stay and make sure that you have a valid insurance to cover possible damages.

Our pure mountain apartments incl. parking spaces are ready for you to move in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10 a.m. If you would like to stay in the Glemmtal valley a little bit longer on the day of departure, please use the parking facilities at the mountain cable cars after 10 a.m.

If you travel by bus, train, bike or foot – and thus in a carbon-neutral way – we give you a 10% discount on the overnight rate.

Each apartment has a certain number of free parking spaces directly in front of the house. Please let us know if you need more parking spaces. Costs may arise, e.g. for the underground car park.

Yes, we also have an e-charging station with photovoltaic power supply for cars for a fee.

If desired, each adult will be given a key card upon arrival. In case of loss we will charge a fee of € 5.00.

When you check-in, we will give you your JOKER CARD for a summer vacation full of adventures. It is personalized and valid for the entire stay. In case of loss, we can give you a new one.

With the JOKER CARD you get a discount of 20% on all bike tickets. These tickets are available only at the cash desks of the mountain cable cars in Saalbach Hinterglemm.

Yes, you can order your bread and rolls every day until 11 a.m. The order list is available at the reception. We will deliver the freshly baked goods to your apartment door the next morning.

In our zero waste shop on the ground floor you can purchase:

• homemade jam, delicious syrups & sweet honey
• butter, milk, cheese, bacon & eggs from our favorite local suppliers
• handmade natural soaps from the soap factory in Hinterglemm
• handy lunchboxes, fancy shopping bags & cool drinking bottles

In summer you have the possibility to have a barbecue in our garden. For a sociable get-together we also lend you a fondue and raclette set.

Yes, you have access to free WIFI in the entire house. We will gladly tell you the password when you check-in.

Smoking is allowed only outside. There is an ashtray in front of the main entrance and on the balcony of each apartment.

The nearest supermarket – SPAR Henrik Schrümpf – is only a few minutes’ walk away in the center of Hinterglemm. You can find other supermarkets in Saalbach – directly on the main road.

The nearest pharmacy is in the center of Hinterglemm (next to the SPAR supermarket) or in Saalbach next to the main road in the building of the Raiffeisen Bank.

The Raiffeisen Bank is located directly in the center of Hinterglemm. The nearest ATM can be found at the ski school Snow & Fun.
